• NWC_URL secret — Nostr Wallet Connect string for automatic Lightning payments. Absent = manual mode (tools return bolt11s to pay externally).
• HYPAWAVE_MAX_SPEND_SATS — Maximum size of any one payment, in sats — not a total-spend budget. Unset = derived live from the platform's max invoice size.
• HYPAWAVE_PRIVKEY secret — 64-char hex secp256k1 seller identity key. Unset = auto-generated to ~/.hypawave/identity.json.
