Client-side diagnostics and mechanical fixes for MCP config files across Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, OpenClaw and dsh: broken JSON (comments, trailing commas), commands missing from PATH, missing env vars, relative paths, transport mismatches, cross-client config drift. `npx mcp-triage` is read-only by default; `--fix` repairs with backups. Zero runtime dependencies.
